S. Pike Rowley, MCR

President

Pike Rowley is the President of Rowley Group in Broward County. He has over 25 years of experience in office and industrial leasing, acquisition and disposition of both improved and unimproved property. He oversees a brokerage team who specialize in office, industrial and investment properties, while actively leasing and selling properties representing both landlords and tenants. Prior to Rowley Group, Pike Rowley was the Director of Codina Realty’s Broward office for seven years and prior to that he owned his own company Property Trust Realty for ten years. Mr. Rowley currently represents major institutional landlords in over 1 million square feet of Class “A” and “B” office space in Broward County. Mr. Rowley was named NAIOP, (National Association of Office and Industrial Properties), Broker of the Year for South Florida in 2002, Member of the Year in 2003 and received the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation in 2002 and currently serves as President of the South Florida Chapter of NAIOP. Mr. Rowley is married to the former Laurie Fleming for 33 years and has two children Brett age 31, and Carrie age 26, The Rowley’s have lived in Lighthouse Point, FL for the past 25 years.
