The site was sold for $1,775,000 and the buyer is planning to build two medical office buildings totaling 50,000 SF.

April 2007

04/25/07 - Pike Rowley and David Duckworth with Rowley Group recently completed the sale of Gateway Office Building on 895 S.W. 30th Avenue in Pompano Beach.  The 87,000 SF office building’s value was enhanced when they were able to lease 15,000 SF to Bayview Financial, thereby paving the way for the transaction.  Rowley Group will be retained as leasing agents for the building.  Rowley and Duckworth represented Chelsea Associates, LLC, the seller and they were the only brokers involved in the transaction.

02/22/07 - Pike Rowley and David Duckworth with Rowley Group recently completed the sale of 3.96 acres on 14300 NW 4th Street, Sunrise for $3,700,000.00 or $21.45 per square foot. Rowley and Duckworth represented Panattoni Development, the seller in the transaction.
